This is my response to Johnathon Alexander’s “Out of the Closet and Into the Network: Sexual Orientation and the Computerized Classroom.”
I liked your insight into Alexander’s article, especially why it should be considered kairotic. However, I don’t necessarily think he was assuming straight people are all homophobic. I think because of the judgement he has faced, his voice as a rhetor is inclined to believe that straight people don’t entirely understand the homosexual perspective.
